Ara Arohaehae
We know what a difference talented, long-term employees can make. Ara Arohaehae is our Retention and Development Plan, and is available to staff who are employed as Lifeguards, full time Senior Lifeguards and full time Supervisors. It enables them to enhance or improve their competencies, skills, and personal attributes and receive recognition.
Benefits include incentive payment up to $5,000, the opportunity to gain further qualifications, attend Regional Lifeguard competitions, and more to help support your career.
